About this opportunity: We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, solutions-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Project Manager. As a Customer Project Manager, you will make use of industry-leading tools and methodologies to position programs for success! This role will lead all aspects of governance and strategy as you work to deliver solutions utilizing Ericsson and 3rd party products and services. The primary focus is to understand customers' needs and provide superior services by creating outstanding business value for our customers through efficient and innovative solutions. What you will do: Drive sophisticated and complex Radio Network projects, from Design through Acceptance for Ericsson's Customers in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry Lead and empower local and global teams (internal and external) to deliver on-time, enhance profitability, and improve continuously, through strong governance and project controls Identify and mitigate risks, raise and resolve issues Lead change management Build strong internal and external relationships Harvest and optimize best practices, create and share knowledge to industrialize delivery processes Promote a “one team” atmosphere and coach project team members to support their professional growth The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business field 8+ years as a Customer Project Manager with successful End to End Network Deployment Project Management experience (Design to Acceptance)- preferably with Tier 1 Customer experience Proven Leadership (creating clarity of goals, developing people, delivering results) Customer communication- both working level and executive level Keen focus on project financials, team leadership, customer relationships, and cross functional departmental support Site Swap and Site Modernization experience Use of Ericsson Network Rollout processes/tools and deployment methodologies What happens once you apply? Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The salary range for this position is Ontario: $106,000 - $140,000 Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Sales Incentive Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson's Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Core level coverage is paid for fully by Ericsson. Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage.
