Job Description General Description: The Customer Project Resource Manager position is intended to be a resource within the ArcLight Wireless team that can function independently to identify, hire, and manage quality engineers to work for our onsite client projects. Other requirements are to maintain and grow existing relationships with existing and potential customers. - Starting compensation is based on experience. - No H1 Sponsorship. - Must Already be in Chicago or willing to relocate at own cost Primary Responsibilities/Tasks: Maintain and establish relationships with existing and future customers. Identify and hire quality candidates Administratively manage engineers within assigned teams Clearly report team status and projections Ability to manage yourself and develop your own solutions to problems and issues. MUST display a high sense of customer service and professionalism Qualifications Work Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience with customer project management and resource management Dependable, trustworthy, good attention to detail, organized and efficient Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE, CE, CS, etc.) The Ideal Candidate.
