Now we’re looking for a Customer & Project Supervisor to join us – someone who’s organised, quick-thinking, and thrives on keeping things moving.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the glue between our customers, contractors, and clients – making sure every job flows smoothly from start to finish. One moment you’ll be assigning work to our Tree Partners, the next you’ll be updating an insurer, or problem-solving to keep a project on track.
In short: You’ll keep everyone in the loop, keep the jobs moving, and keep our customers smiling.

YOU’RE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Love organising and keeping things on track
• Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
• Communicate clearly and confidently – especially on the phone
• Are solutions-focused and quick to think on your feet
• Have 2+ years’ experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders (bonus points if in arboriculture, trades, or property insurance – but not essential)
• Are confident using multiple systems and tech tools
  Location: Remote (UK) – occasional travel may be needed
  Hours: 37.5 per week
