Nova Bus, a member of the Volvo Group, is currently looking for a Customer Projects Leader - Infrastructure and Chargers to fulfill an immediate need within its Customer Solutions team.

WHAT AWAITS YOU :

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our customers, customer project managers, engineers from different functional groups within the product development department, as well as our suppliers and subcontractors. You will be the primary point of contact between Nova Bus Engineering and our customers.
More specifically, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to support the customer project management team in deploying charging infrastructure at customer sites. As the lead, you will play a central role in managing the deployment of chargers, including oversight of firms and subcontractors responsible for construction and installation. This position requires a solid understanding of complex project management, strong agility, and excellent leadership skills to ensure successful infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customer project managers and clients to establish contract details and conditions
  • Handle communications with Nova Bus clients regarding recharge infrastructures
  • Understand all contractual commitments to ensure timely delivery according to the specified deadlines and expectations in the contract
  • Technical understanding of the features of charging systems to discuss technical solutions with suppliers and clients in collaboration with our internal teams
  • Perform necessary follow-ups to meet milestones associated with the deliverables of the product development team
  • Define the plan for the realization of engineering activities with functional managers (MS Project)
  • Manage engineering consulting firms and contractors to ensure effective execution of work in compliance with codes, specifications, environmental standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate technical exchanges within the development project
  • Prepare and manage project budgets without compromising quality or safety
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and the offer
  • Identify contractual changes to negotiate their implementation and associated costs
  • Conduct compliance audits against client requirements and coordinate actions with various departments and suppliers
  • Negotiate resolutions to technical compliance issues with the client
  • Conduct site visits to confirm the progress of work
