Overview
Customer Projects Managers are the guardians of our Detailed Access Guides. To be successful you need to have an excellent eye for detail, enjoy working to multiple deadlines and be able to create briefs and excel documents to a high standard. You need to be someone who thrives following a process and keeping accurate records.
You need to be able to combine this with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. We need people who can adapt and work collaboratively making it easy for our customers, while also getting our internal teams what they need to do a great job.
We expect Customer Projects Managers to manage between 65 and 70 customers and to work alongside their ‘buddy’ Customer Success Manager, developing a collaborative peer to peer relationship.
The Customer Projects Manager will manage the end-to-end process pre and post surveying in relation to updating Detailed Access Guides.
Key Responsibilities
