We’re looking for a Customer Proposition Manager to join our team and lead the development of compelling, customer-centric propositions that deliver real value. What you'll be doing: Leading the development of customer propositions aligned to strategic priorities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver proposition plans Analysing customer insights and market trends to inform proposition strategy Managing proposition performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation Supporting go-to-market planning and execution for new propositions Engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and buy-in Championing the customer voice throughout proposition development Monitoring competitor activity and adapting propositions to maintain relevance Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience in proposition development or product management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value Commercial awareness and strategic thinking Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Collaborative working style and team-oriented approach Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing decision-making Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
