  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a similar educational background plus several years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in Customer Quality or Warranty/Claim Management. Basic logistics & customs knowledge would be ideal.
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
  • Expertise in industrial products & their applications; experience with hydraulic components is a plus.
  • Great analysis and problem-solving skills as well as the ability and self-confidence to handle conflict situations effectively.
  • Ability to work effortlessly with international teams and communicate directly with customers.

Responsibilities

In this international role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service by managing and resolving their claims efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to quality complaints from product arrival, inspection, deeper analysis and test over administration in One CRM, One ERP, IQOS to claim conclusion or forwarding the product to our site in Havant (GB).
  • Maintain ongoing communication on claim cases with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare paperwork for transport/export and coordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Monitor open claims and provide updates to divisional quality teams.
  • Handle delivery errors and coordinate corrective actions with freight forwarders.
