1. Focus on IN process and Inward quality Inspection 2. Product & Process Quality assurance 3. Line problem analysis using QC Tools 4. Rework & Rejection PPM Monitoring 5. Non Conformance recording and taking actions 6. Root Cause analysis for Inhouse and Supplier rejected parts – RCA 7. Customer concerns handling and follow up for Action plan 8. Implementation of QA Standards in shop floor 9. NPD support activities – Design and Tooling developments for DIY Project 10. Hands on knowledge on QA documentations- FMEA, Control plan, PFD 11. Knowledge on Injection molding process with shop floor documentation 12. Well versed with English / Local / Regional language 13. Water Purifier background candidates would be added advantage 14. Knowledge on Injection Molding 15. Understand on the power Bi Dashboard process and download the data 16. Verification of daily escalated cases on product related cases 17. Interaction with internal teams on escalations and resolutions 18. Summarizing the daily report sheets and updating to teams 19. Conduct internal meeting with stake holders to resolve the addressed issues 20. Field visits and resolutions on need basis 21. Capture the problems highlighted through special escalations - Social Media, Slack, WhatsApp and address the issues
Responsibilities
The Customer Quality Engineer will focus on in-process and inward quality inspection, ensuring product and process quality assurance. Responsibilities include line problem analysis, monitoring rework and rejection PPM, and handling customer concerns.
