OUR CLIENT IS ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER TO BE PART OF THEIR QUALITY TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities of Customer Quality Engineer :

  • Act as the main contact for customer quality issues, communication, and audits
  • Lead investigations, implement CAPA, and close non-conformance cases
  • Monitor quality data, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain process control documentation
  • Provide training on quality standards and best practices to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in engineering field
  • Min 4-5 years of customer quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in ISO 9001, root cause analysis tools, and CAPA processes.
