Description
Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Work together with R&D team to successfully land Innovations at factory, ensure manufacturing side of OEM/ODM fully prepared, and smoothly go into SOP. 2. Ensure Quality of the products manufactured from the ODMs and critical components conformance of the Blueair products to the set Performance Specifications. 3. Handle consumer quality complaint from manufacturing end to identify the root cause, define corrective action and verify the effectiveness of action with 8D format in time, coordinating with OEM/ODM suppliers’ quality team. 4. Coordinate with Blueair after sales team from each region to understand the overall quality performance, ensure all relevant quality issues handled appropriately according to BA requirements. 5. Lead QIPs-Quality Improvement Projects in ODM by coordinating with relevant stakeholders including OEM supplier, BA RD team to drive the top consumer call rate down within target. 6. Check OQA shipment quality at OEM/ODM, ensure outgoing products fully meet BA quality requirements. 7. Lead Periodical audit of the third parties for meeting to mandatory legal requirements. 8. Drive Implementation of Savings and Quality Improvement agenda in the ODM factory. 9. Drive productivity improvement & savings delivery agenda together with the ODM partners. 10. Establish systems for product traceability and monitor conformance to systems by ODMs. 11. Implement the Unilever Minimum mandatory safety standards at ODMs. 12. Ensure the engineering changes well implemented at OEM/ODM factory. 13. Support line manager to fulfil other quality relative jobs. Minimum Requirements: a). Electrical Devices Manufacturing b).Supplier Quality/Factory Assembly line / R&D / Quality experience in Devices c).Engineering Degree from reputed university (Mechanical or Electrical). d). Problem solving and analytical skills. e). Fluent in English speaking & Writing& presentation F). MS office g).
