Your responsibilities

: - Email marketing and customer retention,

CRM data analysis and reporting

- Customer strategy and guest advisory board as a communication and feedback channel

- Creation and implementation of internal CRM training courses and development and maintenance of internal knowledge databases for CRM best practices

- Creation of regular reports/presentations, newsletter creation based on campaign planning
