FITAMINAT is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations and Success Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing customers. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat purchases, and increasing customer lifetime value through personalized follow-ups and expert product recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience in customer success, sales support, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication in Arabic and English.
  • Customer-first attitude with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Meta Business tools, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media tools.
  • Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer tailored suggestions.
  • Drive repeat sales and retention by educating customers on product benefits and new launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on customer loyalty and reactivation campaigns.
