Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Process manual and EDI orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Inform customer of back-order items.
  • Notify them when these products are back in stock.
  • Provide order status, product information and proof of deliveries.
  • Address and log complaints and ADRs.
  • Order replacement product, have product complaints investigated and resolved by QA.
  • Launch new products and inform Trade (wholesalers, ECC Net and direct customers).
  • Work closely with and effectively communicate and partner with internal departments.
  • Generate reports from SAP.
  • Implement communications strategies/programs provided by Marketing to build business and respond to inquiries; both internal and external.
  • Understanding the ordering processing including the special requirements for Narcotic orders.
  • Understanding the requirement of each customer and provide customer service/support accordingly.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • University or College education 2 years’ experience handling high volume of phone calls in a customer service/order entry environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to work individually or as part of a team in a changing environment.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, ability to problem solve and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), Proficient in SAP a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English Language both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of SOP’s.
  • Pharmaceutical or Consumer Packaging Industry knowledge an asset.
  • Understand complaint procedures and ADR requirements and their urgency.
