As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement by delivering exceptional service, providing product knowledge, and identifying solutions tailored to individual needs.
We set our Customer Relations Associates up for success through comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer interaction, and client service strategies. Your contributions will be vital to expanding sales, maintaining accurate records, and refining marketing practices. Successful team members are detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in their approach to customer service and sales.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service, sales, marketing, or business practices is encouraged.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve shared sales and service goals.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take advantage of development opportunities to enhance skills and advance beyond the entry level.
