Job Description SIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2x Part Time Customer Relations Consultants (19 hours per week) based in Sydney. This is a hybrid opportunity, working from home and our offices in Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park. As a Customer Relations Consultant, you’ll be the face of SIXT’s commitment to outstanding customer service. You’ll handle a variety of customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every interaction meets our service standards. Working closely with internal teams and franchise partners, you’ll help turn challenges into positive experiences and support SIXT’s reputation for excellence. YOUR ROLE Your key responsibilities will include: Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests across phone, email, social media, and written correspondence, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes, supporting operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to resolve issues and deliver seamless customer service. Identify recurring issues and trends, providing feedback to improve processes and service quality. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on public channels, upholding SIXT’s reputation for service excellence. Support achievement of customer satisfaction and service quality KPIs. Promote and maintain SIXT standards, safety practices, and core values in all interactions. YOUR SKILLS Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Deliver clear, professional responses and build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and franchise partners. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Assess situations, resolve enquiries and complaints efficiently, and handle challenging interactions with sound judgment. Time Management & Adaptability: Prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work flexibly across different responsibilities. Integrity & Technical Skills: Uphold SIXT’s values and use computer-based systems confidently.
