Position Summary The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing client inquiries, overseeing store lead coordination, and ensuring timely follow-up and conversion opportunities. This role acts as the primary point of contact for incoming customer requests while directing and monitoring lead distribution to the store management team to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries (phone, email, walk-in). * Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and availability. * Coordinate and distribute incoming sales leads to appropriate store managers or sales representatives. * Track and monitor lead follow-ups to ensure timely response and conversion. * Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns. * Collaborate with store leadership to optimize lead management processes. * Generate reports on inquiry volume, lead performance, and conversion rates. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and response time. Qualifications * 2+ years experience in customer service, sales coordination, or lead management. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written English and French). * Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail or sales environment. * Professional and customer-focused attitude.
