Airsprung Group PLC is a group of companies highly respected in the upholstery and bedding industry, known for our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. With the recent acquisition of new contracts with leading UK retailers, we are thrilled to expand our team in response to increased demand.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager with a proven track record of leading a small team. They will work with the team to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed for the smooth running of the customer service department, delivering excellent customer service.
Working closely with the Sales Office Manager, this role will involve attending management meetings with all divisions and working to support both customers & the team to ensure the smooth running of the business and provide an outstanding customer experience. It also involves looking to make ongoing improvements in both processes and procedures, and providing valued support to the Sales Administration team offering positive customer support advice.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATION

  • A background in sales is advantageous, providing insight into customer needs and expectations.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within customer service or relations, in a friendly working environment.
  • Must have a positive and proactive attitude towards fulfilling the role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with customers both external and internal.
  • Use of SOP system & MS office.
  • Flexibility to change system processes as required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Working with all internal and external customers to ensure the smooth running of the sales administration function of all divisions.
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Working as a conduit between the sales admin team and other teams, to establish and resolve issues as they occur.
  • Monitor the workload to ensure that all tasks are completed on time in full.
  • Drive to install improvements.
  • Attending meetings, reporting challenges for the department and supporting other teams where possible, to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Providing information to our customers and other team members as required.
