Customer Relations Receptionist Overview Establish and develop relationships with new and current consumer and business customers in support of First Western Bank & Trust’s sales and service objectives while adhering to the bank’s culture of customer service excellence. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner * Properly identify each customer in accordance with bank policy and uphold confidentiality of customer and proprietary information * Establish and develop solid relationships with new and current consumer and business customers through identifying needs, providing the best bank products and services for customer’s financial needs, and using cross-sell and referral opportunities * Manage daily coffee bar operations, including preparing coffee and cookies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked * Assist customers with debit card maintenance, check orders, and address changes * Handle Return Mail by attempting to contact customers to update address, monitoring progress of contact and maintaining Return Mail log for compliance review * Assist with access to safe deposit boxes * Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of bank products, services, processes, policies, procedures, and systems  * Mentor and train new employees, as needed * Actively participate in necessary training sessions and maintain continuing education related to regulatory standards * Adhere to Bank’s security and audit procedures and demonstrate compliance with applicable banking laws, regulations and the Bank’s policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act Customer Relations Receptionist Qualifications * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required * One year of banking experience preferred Customer Relations Receptionist Skills/Abilities * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures First Western Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, or veteran status.
