In this role, you will route requests and answer questions by phone, in person, and through text and email. Our Customer Relations Specialists earn a competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional performance-based pay. There is no limit to the amount of performance pay you can earn, as it is based on the number of outbound calls you make and appointments you set. Responsibilities
