Customer Relationship Account Management – SMB Sales
About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Customer Relationship Manager to join the team. The role is both challenging and varied. Working knowledge of IT and experience in Account Management are preferred. However, we will provide training for the right person.
What you will do
You will be responsible for
An existing set of Accounts.
Leading technical discussions and determining the right solution to solve the customer’s business problems. This will involve quarterly business reviews.
Interacting and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
Creating and checking quotes for technical accuracy.
Meeting with and determining changes required to a client environment. Create a proposal outlining the requirements and business benefits of the proposed solutions.
Provide any Competitive positioning needed to win the deal.
Develop and sell innovative Cloud Solutions to existing SMB customers.
Clear, concise communication with both clients and senior engineers
