OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Care/Relationship Manager to join a leading Glasgow-based technology organisation who specialise in payroll software for a number of long-term clients. Experience of managing client relationships on a B2B basis preferred.
The position is a permanent role with a thriving business who operate internationally from their Head Office in Glasgow City Centre and is office based 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The position offers progression in line with performance within the role.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Onboard and aftercare new and existing clients
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or account management role, preferably within a related industry.
• Strong and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients
• Analytical skills to identify opportunities with existing and new clients through referrals to sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
