EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED

Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of automotive technology, features, and specifications.
Familiarity with financing options, including loans, leases, and warranties.
Additional education or training in sales or automotive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Good IT skills, e.g. Excel.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating the sales of new and/or used vehicles to customers. You will interact with potential buyers, demonstrate vehicle features, discuss financing options, negotiate prices, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. Excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Greet customers understand their automotive needs and preferences, and be passionate about customer service.
Showcase vehicle features and benefits through test drives and demonstrations.
Provide information on pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions.
Negotiate sales prices and terms to meet both customer satisfaction and dealership profit targets.
Assist customers with the completion of necessary paperwork for vehicle purchase or lease.
Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership sales strategies.
Collaborate with sales managers and the finance department to ensure seamless transactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and performance goals established by the dealership.
