POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a CRM Business Specialist: someone who is both creative and analytical to join our team to help us with the strategy, design, development, support and training of Trojan Technologies’ CRM. Someone who is inspired when presented with a challenge, and confident in sharing their ideas and opinions.
As our CRM Business Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders to map and optimize cross-functional processes, while serving as a key liaison between functional and technical resources driving Governance and Standard Work across the CRM Domain. It will be key to translating the business requirements and business processes into functional design scopes for the counterparts in IT and manage the SFDC roadmap.
