About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Paget. As the face of Motion Fluid Power in the region, you will: Own and drive sales and margin performance across your territory Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s full product range Position Motion as a trusted partner to Paget’s industrial operators This is a field-based role focused on strengthening customer retention and increasing share of wallet across industries such as Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM . Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities About You Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Responsibilities
The Customer Relationship Manager will drive sales and margin performance across the Paget territory while developing tailored account plans. They are responsible for building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
