We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our beverage can factory in Hämeenlinna.

Customer Relationship Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing means for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current customers.
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner in cooperation with local or Global team.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for meeting customer needs.
  • Acquire knowledge of products or services to provide information to customers and coordinate production planning activities to ensure alignment with Group objectives.
  • Administer receivables, implement Group price controls, and authorize cost approvals.
  • Supervise credit control processes, coordinate year-end planning activities, and manage aluminum hedging for designated clients.

  • Fluent in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP is beneficial.
