We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Relationship Manager (Sales Manager) to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

As the face of the home, you’ll play a key role in welcoming potential residents and their loved ones, guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Regional Team to:

  • Drive occupancy and maintain average weekly fee rates
  • Build strong local relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Manage enquiries and show rounds with warmth, clarity, and a consultative approach
  • Be the go-to person for local marketing, events, and brand representation
  • Celebrate with residents and families at events, open days, and milestone moments

Your background in B2C sales, ideally in a high-value service or lifestyle sector (e.g. healthcare, property, hospitality, private education), will give you the confidence and commercial focus to achieve KPIs and contribute to the continued success of your home.
