What will you do?

We are currently looking for a self-motivated person with effective communication skills, who can multitask in a fast paced telemarketing environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to a wide variety of people
• Speak to potential and current clients on the phone, confirming appointments
• Quickly respond to all social media comments and replying to inbox and text messages
• Operate and monitor a customer relationship management software
• Prepare monthly lead performance reports

What are the work hours?

Being available to reach out to clients during:

• Monday: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am and 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Thursday and Friday: off
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

What do you need to succeed?

• Bubbly and energetic phone voice
• Willingness to receive coaching and scripting to be successful in this role.
• A quiet space to work at home
• A fast and stable internet connection
• Your own cell phone and minimal phone plan which will connect with our software to make outgoing calls.
• Comfortability learning new software
• Comfort with customer service and sales

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
