We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Manager based in Kalgoorlie, WA, to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and oversee service delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between PABT and its valued clients, ensuring outstanding support and identifying new sales opportunities in the local mining and industrial sectors.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the mining, industrial, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven success in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong technical understanding of pumping systems, slurry processing, or mechanical products is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the Kalgoorlie region and occasional national travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

  • Advertise, promote, and sell PABT slurry pump solutions, including the flagship Curve® range and other product lines Velocity+6PABT Global+6PABT Global+6.
  • Actively manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide local service coordination, including audits, installation support, maintenance, spare parts, and breakdown response PABT Global+3PABT Global+3PABT Global+3.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your region, converting leads to projects.
  • Serve as the key local contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Collaborate with global PABT teams to facilitate technical assistance, trial coordination, and product optimization.
