THE SELECTED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2-years experience in the call center or in the sales.
  • Proven track record of call center or sale
  • Exceptional relationship building skills;
  • Motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic and informative
  • Must be KPI driven.
    Education: IT, Marketing, Business or any

KNOWLEDGE:

  • A passion for helping International students
  • Passion for Customer service
  • International Education & regulation
  • CRM (will be a plus)

Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focusing on growing student recruitment
  • Provide information and advice to international students regarding study opportunities in Australia.
  • Follow up leads and inquiries and maximize the number of applications submitted and finalized with StudyNet
  • Possess a high level of product knowledge and competency in using CRM for managing student cases and running performance reports. Ensure accuracy in data entry and management
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes
  • Attend to student face-to-face, phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
