CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP POINT PERSON

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Point Person to oversee and support our existing customer base. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring account activity, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
The CRM will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Monitor customer orders, sales activity, and account performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, support) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
  • Monitor customer orders, sales activity, and account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and customer feedback.
