Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to our customers, providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties when required
  • Provide support to the Sales/Customers with processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets
  • Responsible for checking and collating documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure Customer needs are met and CBAFL are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals
  • Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers
  • Ensure all relevant internal checks and reviews are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Accurate loading all types of finance agreements to platforms used by Asset including Salesforce and Alfa, with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works
  • Responsible for issuing Welcome Pack to all customers within agreed timescales and including all relevant documentation
  • Process deposits and initial payments on ALFA system
  • Receive enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner
  • Process all requests, where required, for in-life tasks including settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, process card payments, refunds and updates to account information plus other activity required as and when requested
  • Understand and comply with standard operating procedures to meet the Group’s Conduct Risk policies and the expectations of our regulators
  • Understand the main risks arising in your area of responsibility, how to mitigate them and escalate where you are unable to comply and to meet all data requirements
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
