We’re looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. In this role, you’ll be working with our existing customer base – supporting them through the renewal journey, resolving any issues, and helping them get the most from our products.

Responsibilities

?? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers, guiding them through their renewal process
  • Building strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention
  • Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and working to reduce churn
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Providing accurate renewal forecasts and maintaining detailed CRM records
  • Spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell and passing leads to the relevant teams
