Your Role: Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the insurance field, ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Become familiar with our insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the insurance field. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
