Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
  • Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
  • Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
  • Contribute to creating a commitment to our client’s brand.
