POSIZIONE:

We are seeking a Customer Research Expert with over 8-10 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative market research. This is an essential role to support RE:LAB in delivering high-quality customer insights that directly inform our strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for leading research projects across different market segments, particularly in the energy sector, providing data-driven insights for C-level and Board decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical profile, the ability to synthesize data into actionable findings, and an extensive background in managing market research with global stakeholders.

  • Design, execute, and manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects
  • Develop research samples, interview guides, and manage both interviews and data collection
  • Conduct data analysis using SPSS (or equivalent) to derive actionable insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, especially for C-level and Board
  • Oversee brand research and NPS tracking
  • Manage relationships with market research agencies and coordinate activities with global stakeholders
  • Develop effective tracking systems for ongoing market research projects
