  Join our client’s friendly team as a Customer Resolution Team Leader!
  In this role, you will be providing a wide range of support services to Operations Teams and managing a team of analysts along with their performance, productivity, and delivery quality. Previous financial services experience is required along with a strong understanding of investment products.

• Supporting internal and external parties with complex technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Delivering internal reporting as needed including MI on key activities
• Acting as triage between the Operations Teams and IT regarding complex queries and defects, as well as implementing change within the business
• Leading training sessions in technical subjects as required
• Planning and implementing operational changes as a result of new legislation, products, or services
  Due to the nature of this role, previous financial services experience is required. A technical understanding of investments and investment products is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
