Our Customer Sales Department are responsible for speaking with our customers in depth to better understand how our products can assist them in their day-to-day lives. Our Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for answering calls from our customers and qualifying them for the best product for their needs.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Sunday week consisting of three different shift patterns:

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • 10:00am – 7:00pm

This role is based out of CareCo’s Braintree site.
CareCo will be inviting suitable candidates interested in this position to a recruitment event planned for Thursday 22nd May 2025 at our Braintree Headquarters.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ARE REQUIRED OF ME?

  • Previous experience within a sales-based environment, either over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Driven to succeed and capable of developing sales strategies to suit our demographic.
  • Excellent communication skills – this role requires someone who is compassionate, a good listener, and a problem solver.
  • Comfortable using CRM software to process customer orders.
Responsibilities
  • Helping to drive revenue by using effective inbound and outbound sales methods and applying expert knowledge.
  • Utilising lead data to retain customers.
  • Maximising cross-sell and upsell opportunities on each call.
  • Meeting sales targets by achieving the set individual KPIs and objectives.
  • Building rapport with customers so that our brand becomes their go-to destination for mobility products.
