Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
