Description

Hours: Monday to Friday, Every other weekend between the hours of 8am-7pm (shifts)
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having experience within a similar role is needed so someone from a Call Centre or Contact Centre position will be ideal. As the role is working within the Motor Trade; a good knowledge of the trade will be preferable but full training will be provided.
  • You must have excellent Customer Service skills, be a strong communicator and be able to present yourself in a professional manner. A background within a similar sales position will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Working on behalf of the franchises as an extension of the Sales Department, to help create a positive and professional impression to new and returning customers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle
  • You will be tasked with making appointments for customers to come to site and following up on vehicles purchases to ensure a full and complete customer experience.
  • Creating a desire for the customer to want to view the car in person and turning an online enquiry into an appointment, data capturing, building rapport, answering questions about the vehicle and overcoming objections
  • Creating, organising, updating and adding to your own diary of customers to contact using our personalised contact process
  • Responding to internet enquiries via phone and email as well as answering inbound calls
  • Chasing a lead: Liaising with managers and sales executives in the showrooms to observe whether your customer has purchased the vehicle or not
