The Role As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be engaging with the public in person—whether at events, retail spaces, or busy community spots. You’ll be the friendly face who introduces people to our campaigns, explains why they matter, and encourages them to get involved.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Strike up conversations with potential customers and supporters face-to-face in a variety of locations.
• Build rapport quickly and make a great first impression.
• Share our charities’ missions in a way that’s clear, genuine, and engaging.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
• Work with your team to swap ideas, celebrate wins, and find new ways to succeed.
• Use our digital tools to record customer details accurately.
• Keep up with new campaigns, sales skills, and best practices through regular training.
