We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales and Service Representatives to join our retail team. The right person for the job is someone who enjoys working with customers, understands the sales process, and likes to stay up-to-date with the latest in technology and entertainment.
Candidates should have a natural desire to help others, provide excellent customer service, and be self-motivated to help drive sales for our company. Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is ideal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you will work on-site in an exciting and fast-paced retail atmosphere. You will work closely with other sales team members and be responsible for engaging with retail store guests and building new customer relationships. You will help increase sales by customizing product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs and drive company revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS AND HELPFUL SKILLS:

  • Work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Account Manager, Customer Service Associate, Retail Sales Consultant or similar role
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building customer relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays)
  • Reliable/personal transportation
  • High school degree
  • BSc in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales Psychology or related field is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work the sales floor (greet and direct customers in retail store)
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide customer service
  • Provide accurate sales information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products or services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate the sales process
  • Cross-sell products
  • Coordinate with other sales associates to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about promotions, sales, and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the retail store and district manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services
