We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales and Support Representatives, specifically focusing on our international processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound communications with international customers regarding products and services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly. Assist sales teams by supporting the coordination of sales efforts and updating relevant records. Deliver product information and service explanations to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of international orders and customer requests. Stay up-to-date with promotions, product offerings, and operational changes to effectively support customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and timely responses. 2-3 years of experience in customer sales and support roles, preferably in an international context. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; additional language proficiency is a plus. Experience with CRM software and sales support tools. Proven customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team. Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
