We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant to guide our customers through the auction process.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for sellers looking to list a car in our weekly auction - you will use your knowledge and expertise to build trust and you will turn what can be a stressful situation, into an easy and enjoyable experience for our sellers.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for sellers looking to list their car in our live auctions and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
  • You will help the seller create an engaging auction listing.
  • You will manage any necessary updates and/or corrections to the listing.
  • You will assist sellers by answering questions and providing updates/general support.
  • You may be assigned additional duties and projects on an as-needed basis.
