Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing Rogers customers through direct meetings, and educate them on their desired product inquiry
  • Overturn objections as necessary throughout the sales process and answer questions as they arise
  • Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain sales and customer relationships with both
  • Educate customers about any changes or updates in client services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and company policies by collaborating with the management team and other Customer Sales Associates
  • Participate actively in meetings with the Customer Sales Associate team, leadership core, and office manager to enhance skills and foster leadership development
  • Working closely with managers and fellow Customer Sales Associates to share valuable insights gathered during customer interactions to improve sales strategy
