We are seeking a mature, reliable, and responsible individual to join our dynamic team at SHEEPSKIN LOFT! Customer Service & strong passion for promos and marketing on Social Media platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Educate and inform customers about the numerous benefits of Sheepskin and other wellness products.
• Update our products and brands on current promotions and events through facebook & Instagram
• Building strong relationships with customers to inspire loyalty.
• Recommending additional and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts and video reels, to promote products, events, and promotions.

On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident in educating our customers.

Desired Candidate Attributes:

• A natural leader who is team-oriented and goal-driven.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous retail experience of at least 1 year would be considered an asset.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Marketing education or experiences is a definite asset.

This is a permanent position, 5 days a week with at least 3 Saturday shifts per month. Flexibility is truly appreciated
Wages are par for education on required position.
