Borthwick Group is a renowned company in the North East who have been a leading installer since the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) began in 2013. Before this, the company was established in other funding schemes from 2008. Due to continuous expansion, we are increasing our funding team!
ECO funding and GBIS funding are our area of expertise with a strong knowledge and experience of installing all forms of Insulation methods, Heating systems including Renewable Measures, Solar PV and Ventilation. We are vastly contributing to the Net Zero and Lower Carbon emissions targets by directly reducing homeowners energy costs and consumptions.
Everything we offer is FULLY funded, meaning there is no cost to the customer, so your role will involve calling potential leads and advising them of the thousands of pounds worth of upgrades they can access for free. We can provide full training for the right candidate!

Compensation that reflects your value:

  • Base Salary £26,000 with OTE of £40,000

Responsibilities
  • Confirm survey appointments and manage any time changes or cancellations
  • Working through customer applications made both directly to us from our advertising platforms, and from them phoning into us directly, alongside processing field sales applications
  • Checking the customer meets funding criteria and discussing the options available to them, answering any concerns or questions they may have in a professional manner
  • Proceeding to book customers an allocated day and time slots for our surveyors to attend and carry out a home check with the aim to secure their funding after
  • Updating customers and our on road surveyors when things change
  • Inputting appointment details onto our software
