Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Consultant to join the team at Kia Warwick Farm.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Outbound calls to existing customers promoting current sales campaigns and generate quality appointments leading to sales
  • Interacting with customers across phone, email and live-chat platforms
  • Meet and exceed pre-defined sales targets and KPI’s
  • Promote and sell the benefits of purchasing through Peter Warren Automotive to our customers
  • Performing Account Management style functions
  • Administration, reporting and other ad-hoc office functions as require
  • Involvement in sales events – Campaign nights and Dealership Events

What we are looking for:

  • Energetic, self-motivated sales superstars
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets and KPI’s
  • Determined to exceed customer expectations
  • Growth mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, corporate office environment
  • Intermediate PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
