What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga Based in our Sydenham centre, you’ll be the friendly face of the AA—bringing a warm, bubbly personality and customer-first mindset to every interaction. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors Handle a variety of tasks, including general administrative and customer service support Work standard hours across Monday to Friday — 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term role, providing a great opportunity to gain experience within a well-respected and supportive organisation. Responsibilities
The Customer Sales Consultant will actively engage with customers at the Sydenham centre to understand their needs and promote appropriate AA products and services while driving sales to achieve set Key Performance Indicators. This role also involves handling general administrative and customer service support tasks during standard Monday to Friday hours.
