As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving long-term success and recurring revenue growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—building strong relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading high-impact negotiations. By aligning customer needs with Rydoo’s solutions, you’ll focus on maximizing net revenue retention and overall satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, you’ll ensure we consistently deliver value and innovation to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial background who enjoys building long-term partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of existing customers and manage all commercial aspects of the relationship Identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), run product demos, and tailor proposals to client needs Lead contract renewal processes and pricing negotiations with key stakeholders Build strong account plans and maintain ongoing business relationships Monitor customer health and proactively address any risks or concerns Act as the customer voice within Rydoo, sharing insights with internal teams to improve product and service delivery Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams to create a seamless customer experience 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and closing growth opportunities Proficient in Salesforce CRM – diligent in managing pipelines, forecasts, and tracking customer activity Excellent business level communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
