The Role: Customer Sales Executive We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales Executive to help us unlock further commercial value for our business. This role typically covers between one and ten key accounts and systematically ensures that account plans are in place. This includes executing the growth strategy for his/her accounts and executing the sales process to achieve growth target and customer satisfaction objectives. What will you do? Meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of order and margin through domestic business Set up strategic sales plans and activities Create opportunities with existing clients for modernisation and new prospects Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and form relationships with new accounts through regular visiting and marketing activities Maintain all existing and prospective customer information within bridge Front Office (bFO) Develop and deliver proposals Review contracts within the sales territory of Japan in the process automation market Be responsible for Hybrif Distributed Control System (DCS) business and Digital Transformation Offers in Japan Develop sales skills and ensure knowledge in product, system, Process Automation portfolio business and market trends Work closely with other functions in the organization to develop and to execute account and customer strategy Accelerate the growth of Schneider's portfolio business, business mix shift and brand awareness Who would be successful?
